A 4,500–5,000 sq. ft. farmhouse in Karjat is designed as a luxury weekend retreat that blends modern architecture with nature-centric living. Planned as a single-level layout, the project focuses on seamless indoor–outdoor connectivity, natural ventilation, and open green spaces. The farmhouse includes spacious living and dining areas opening to a swimming pool, multiple bedrooms with attached facilities, and dedicated leisure amenities such as landscaped lawns, gazebo sit-outs, a basketball court, kids’ play area, and fragrance and herbal gardens. The design emphasizes comfort, privacy, and resort-style living, making it ideal for family gatherings and long stays away from the city.
