Based on your requirement, we will provide you with two or more Furniture/Floor plans for you. We will discuss them with you and once you finalise we will proceed. We will also curate a dedicated Mood Board for your exact taste of theme. Space optimisation & Theme finalisation is the focus of this stage
STEP 2 - FURNITURE/ FLOOR & MOOD BOARD
Optimum Space Management & Theme are key to good design
Based on your requirement, we will provide you with two or more Furniture/Floor plans for you. We will discuss them with you and once you finalise we will proceed. We will also curate a dedicated Mood Board for your exact taste of theme. Space optimisation & Theme finalisation is the focus of this stage
STEP 3 - ONLINE DESIGNING WITH US
Let's have 'Joy of Designing'
We will now design your space on our 3D system. Once ready, we will arrange an hour-long online session with you & your family. Our designer first will explain the design done & then we will design your home together with you & your family. In realtime, you can see your dream space coming to reality.
STEP 4 - GET EXECUTION READY
Lets bring Dream space to Reality
We will now ask for payment of balance 50% payment. Post which we will work on all detailed Technical drawings - False Ceiling, Electrical, Furniture along with Budgeting and Labor rates. It will have the material selection, costing, budgeting with all drawings. We will also give you Wall colour codes & Wallpaper. Everything that is needed to being your Dream Space to reality.
STEP 5 - FINAL STAGE - THE DEZINE FILE
Let's Assemble all.
We will now curate an innovative Online Shopping list of all decor items - rugs, artefacts, lamp sheds, show-pieces, wall painting. We will make final dezine file with - Floor/Furniture plans, Technical Plans with costing, 3Ds & Shopping list. Now your dream home is ready with you, and you have full control to get it executed.
